Living Arrows is a photography linky run by Donna of What the Redhead Said. It’s something I have been following on Aby’s blog, YouBabyMeMummy, and always wondered what it was about. Now that I’ve looked into it more I’ve decided to do it this year. I’ve enjoyed doing the My Sunday Photo posts and think this can be something I do alongside it.
Living Arrows is about celebrating childhood and stems from a poem by Kahlil Gibran
You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth
and is a chance for those taking part to share a moment from their lives in the week.
So in my first ever Living Arrows post I’d like to share a picture I took last week of BattleKid while we are on holiday that I think sums up both the innocence and fun of childhood; sticking your tongue out at your own reflection in an elevator mirror! It’s not the best picture and excuse the blurriness, but I had to use it as it sums up BattleKid’s fun side.
